Vishwakarma Publications began operations in 2013 under the aegis of Vishwakarma Group, leaders in the field of education since 1983.
Right from the onset the Managing Director, Mr. Bharat Agarwal, envisioned Vishwakarma Publications to be the eminent publishers of quality content in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Apart from publishing original books in the three languages, Vishwakarma Publications also acquires the rights of English books from well-known imprints like Rupa, Penguin, Random House India, Harper Collins, etc. for translation into Marathi. In a short time since its inception, Vishwakarma Publications has built an impressive catalogue of 300 books comprising fiction, non-fiction, and academic books, emerging as a major force in the publishing industry in Western India. 
Many distinguished Punekars including Pralhad Chhabria, Arun Firodia, Madhav Godbole, Ganesh Natarajan, Dr. Deepak Shikarpur, Kiran Bhat, Sekhar Seshan, Dr. Arun Gandhi, Shubhada Gogate, Bharat Bhushan have written books for Vishwakarma Publications. Vishwakarma Publications has published Ronnie Screwvala’s inspirational book - ‘Dream With Your Eyes Open’ and an incisive book of essays on internal security by the former chief of the Intelligence Bureau, Vidyadhar Vaidya, in Marathi.
Vishwakarma Publications' academic books section covers all the important topics and a major segment of the syllabi of engineering and management studies.
By lending support to PILF, Vishwakarma Publications wish to invite all the bibliophiles and Punekars to be a part of an intellectual feast that enriches the vibrant cultural fiber of Pune. PILF provides all the book-lovers an opportunity to interact with their favourite authors through workshops, panel discussions, and book readings.
